Club Fet House - Moments from the Springs

While the house has been renovated recently and nicely done, there were some serious issues.Pest control sprayed the exterior of the house and large ants and cockroaches flooded into the house. We did not receive any notice about this.There are fire ants outside at the chairs on the riverfront that bit my son so many times he had to go to urgent care. The picnic table in the posting is not the picnic table in reality. The picnic table in reality is rusted over and not usable.There were 3 washcloths provided for 4 people for four days. The area is doing a river restoration project which involved a team of dredgers to sit their two boats directly in front of the property for two days, blocking our view, taking up the majority of our water space, blasting music, filling the air with exhaust, and having an extremely loud generator on from 745am to 5pm both days. I contacted the owner and she did not know anything about this or seem to care. I texted the local assistant about this with a video and she did not respond. My Dad recently had a fall and has a neck and foot injury so he could not do any water activities and could only sit outside for a half hour due to the exhaust and noise.I’d only recommend staying here if the owner confirmed that the dredgers will not be working and that they have taken care of the fire ant issue & replaced the picnic table. It is unfortunate because the area & house are beautiful and being on the water with all the wildlife was great.
